architectural design services I offer

I provide a full design and contract management service (RIBA stages 1 to 6.) I will help you every step of the way from initial ideas to simply creating to space you need. I believe in total transparency and communication  providing you with a dedicated portal to swap ideas and messages. You will be able to ask questions, approve quotes and instructions as work proceeds. You will be able to see my progress in real time just by logging on to your portal. I always respond to queries within 24 hours Monday to Friday

I would be delighted to meet you and discuss your ideas in a free 1 hour consultation at your home. Appointments are normally arranged during office hours. Saturdays and evenings by special arrangement. No job is too small or too complex. I will provide you with a fully detailed bespoke fee quotation for you to consider before taking up my services.

I will take time with you to capture your ideas on paper and help achieve your vision

Once you are completely satisfied I will submit your planning application and act as your Agent in communicating with the planners. I suggest that if you are looking at building an extension under Permitted Development rights you obtain a Certificate of Lawfulness before you start.

I will help to get specialist consultants on board as needed

I will submit your Full plans application to the Council on your behalf. I will again act as your agent free of charge to discharge any conditions. I suggest that you obtain a full plans approval before starting work in order to minimise any unforseen costs on site. I will advise and help get specialist consultants on board and liaise with them on your behalf.

I am currently gathering evidence to join the CIAT register as a PD for non HRBs (High risk buildings). I hope to offer this service soon to all my clients

I will guide you through the process of finding a Builder or tradesperson to carry out the work you require. 

I can oversee work on site and answer any site queries that arise. No building work is straightforward. I will be there to help and guide you as needed. I can provide contract management services drawing up building contracts and authorising payments as work proceeds.
